Employee engagement metrics are important measurements for employee retention and performances.. These metrics are clear indicator of employees’ level of involvement and  level of motivation

Measuring employee engagement remotely is a new concept.  HR managers to find remote or distant ways to keep employees engaged, which will ensure of personal and organizational success.  employees who are not engaged or not measured will do more harm than good to the organizations. 


Today, lots of businesses have switched to work from home working system with the  COVID-19 pandemic, HR Managers cant apply the same employee Engagement matrix with this situation. Metrics for remote employees are always changing, along with the way employees spend their workdays. Managers can no longer check their employees to see what they are doing, and employers have to consider their teams ‘mental health and motivate factors from a system of micromanagement.
