 9. 50% of workers who moved abroad while working remotely are millennials. 

10. 74% of US companies are, or will be, using a permanent hybrid work model.

  3. The trend of working from home is becoming more popular globally due to its advantages such as flexibility, cost savings, greater productivity and better work-life balance. However, there are also some drawbacks to this arrangement such as the lack of collaboration, reduced access to resources, and difficulty staying motivated and focused. Additionally, many employers are adjusting their policies to ensure that they are preparing their companies and employees for remote work.
